After thorough research our company have never provided a tour with a guest by the name of Larry McDowell. Occasionally, while searching the internet people get confused since we are Custom & Private New York Tours since 2007 and many have created similar names such as Private Custom or Custom Private, Private & Custom, etc. etc. It could be that 5 star reviews meant for us have mistakenly been posted on other companies with similar names as well. My wife and I have been to New York several times, and recently brought my mother for her first trip to the city, so we were looking for something special to show her the city. We hit the jackpot with Cliff. He planned an amazing day for us and we saw several things we haven't before and heard numerous behind the scenes stories. Cliff was a lot of fun to spend the day with and we'd highly recommend him for people new to the city or anyone looking for an experience they haven't had before.

Booked a private tour for some friends of mine in town from Hawaii. Cliff was wonderful. So easy to set everything up, he legitimately will do whatever it takes to ensure an incredible experience on the tour. Highly recommend!
