The worst experience ever. Prices listed on line are not honored. They remove fees from online prices, and then add them back in. Off course because they have to. Sales manager just does not care about honoring prices. Watch for the delivery and destination charge!

Our experience with the Sales and Finance Department at Mossy was very pleasant. The Service Department team is always kind and very accommodating. I like that I do not have to wait an extended amount of time for an appointment.. very often one is given the very next day. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from the Mossy dealership!

Would not recommend. Was completely screwed over! Purchased a used vehicle from them with multiple problems nothing major! Salesman I had claimed to be new and nervous but serious about the sale so I was promised that whatever problems there were would be taken care of! I then purchased and was told to set up an appointment with service to see when I would be able to take the vehicle in! I called and left several messages and never got a returned call. Here I am months later with the engine knocking! Poor customer service
