Made an appointment about 2-3 weeks in advance with a particular stylist. When I arrive, they say that they had me down for a different stylist. I say that's fine, please just reschedule me with my original stylist. They tell me that I'll have to pay a cancellation fee. I'm about to just leave when my stylist comes and asks me to try the one they'd scheduled me for. The new stylist tells me that I'm late but if she rushes then she should have enough time. Firstly, I was not late, but it turns out that in addition to marking me down for the wrong stylist they told me the wrong time (was this even my appointment?) I ended up staying and getting my haircut, which was a mistake. The haircut was "fine," however not great and not even particularly good. Especially considering the price, this was easily the worst haircut I've gotten in years. The stylist was clearly rushed due to the incorrect appointment time (and she appeared to be put-off by the whole thing as well). If the money and the stress were not enough of a loss, I'll have to wait to regrow my length in order to get the actual cut that I wanted.
Ive never received such terrible customer service since Ive been serviced by this salon and or had the pleasure of speaking with the front desk person whos named kayla. Literally received the worst customer service. An employee employed at any fast food joint could have been held to the standings of service here in America. Very unimpressed. Extremely uninterested in this low rating salon. Thanks Kayla!
I've gone to Pam Pickard for my cut for years, and she is amazing! So friendly, easy-going, professional and easy to schedule. This salon is pretty, nice and spacious. Since the pandemic, they have temp checks at the door, distancing between chairs and oversized, thick plastic barrier shields between each stylist station and the chairs for shampoo or color heat services, and all the other safe cleaning protocols. I feel relatively safe coming here.
Trying to simply find out about this salon and there is nothing but photos of the interior and exterior of the building. Apparently, they are proud of their facility. I originally located the name of this salon looking for eyelash extensions. There is no mention of eyelash extensions on the web page which is strange because they are listed in D Magazine as performing this service. If a client cannot find the services you offer with pricing in 2022, and you expect them to call for information, you get a 1 star review.
