Ordered a stretched 'canvas' as a test for using them to produce prints to drop ship. The only positive is that it was sent and delivered when promised, but: 1. no tracking number ever sent in spite of 4 requests. I cannot get paid without proof it has been sent, and I can't even prove it was received. 2. It came not on canvas but on vinyl simulated to look like canvas. It smells like vinyl and, though printed OK, has a cheap and unacceptable look for art. False description of product (not canvas) and COMPLETE absence of any customer support make this company unacceptable for anyone wanting to have art reproductions made. Perhaps they are OK for signs, but that isn't what I purchased.

Ordered a job and the pickup time was scheduled to be 'after 1pm' I wanted to be on the safe side so I stepped in to pick up my order at 2:30pm and they told me that I need to wait another half hour. So I came back an hour later and then I had to wait another five minutes for my order to be ready. Sorry I forgot to mention that I paid extra for the RUSH pick up and that day was 90 degrees outside

Horrible customer service and worse product quality, the printing came folded and cracked, the material for translucent is thin like regular banner, feels like 10 oz instead of 15 oz, the printing resolution was poor despite I sent a vector pdf, the deliver was in 2 separate boxes and one was lost for 2 weeks, worst experience with a sign supplier; never will buy again and never recommend
