Sorry to hear your bad experience.. A messy shop is a quality shop..a clean shop means no business..have you seen how messy Albert Einstein's hair? His hair looks extremely messy and ugly..but his brain is bright and brilliant.. waiting 5 minutes is worth it..why? When you see a top notch expert is well worth the wait..just like waiting for a real doctor to cure your disease..

I stopped by here once and there was nobody in sight (which can be understandable for a PC repair store), took about 5 minutes before someone showed up. Store was a MESS. Man was completely uninterested in me. Would rather an pay overpriced Geek Squad tech... Won't even consider for future computer repair... (Visit was approximately 8 months from date of review)

My experience was horrible, i wish they wouldve givin me a better gaming computer. Instead it crashed and we took it back and they didnt give me my money.
I had an extremely difficult and unusual problem dealing with changing email providers, but maintaining my domain names. Vu gave me a cost estimate when I first arrived. Even though he was clearly taking more time than he originally estimated, he fixed the problem and did not increase his fee. I recommend him highly for perseverance, knowledge, and a cheerful manner. With his help, I am a happy email user.
PC Expert has been wonderful to work with. I have been going to Vu for about four years, and I have found him to be consistently honest, capable, and available. I can't recommend PC Expert too highly.
Hello Jessica, sorry to hear your frustration. I would like to be able to help you on the repair of the screen. There are times when the glue might need extra time to heal.. in any case it is fixable. Regarding the battery, have you contacted the manufacturer and provide them the battery serial number to see if it is our mistake or the actual battery was end of life ..there are times customer don't pay attention to the battery life icon where the status shows "consider replacing the battery". If you need help contacting the manufacturer about your battery.. please bring in the laptop and we will guide you through to contact them. Hope to see you soon. Vu

I went to fix my screen and it got fix but It pops out a little and now I need a new battery after I took it their but I gave it to them with a full charge working battery
