I left an inquiry on their website three weeks ago and a sales agent called me the next day. We spoke for about 20 minutes about my plans in the very near future to build a house on 10 acres and I asked to speak with someone ASAP about a site meeting and getting an estimate. I was told someone would call me the following Monday to set up an appointment. I have yet to hear from them. A little disappointed. It seems like they build beautiful homes, they just dont follow up well on potential clients.

My family and I started the building process with Paragon homes in late fall 2015. As first time home builders we fully expected the process to be overwhelming. We were pleasantly surprised with how easy the entire Paragon team made the end to end process, from selecting the perfect lot, finalizing the home design, choosing our finishes, and monitoring the construction process. I would recommend the Paragon Team to anyone who is thinking about building a home in the greater Pittsburgh area.

these guys are some of the best in the business. you will be hard pressed to find a more intelligent and organized sales, office and construction team. they are committed to doing the right thing for the customer and to building an exceptional product. the customer is encouraged to participate in the entire process. when you're building a completely custom home, this close partnership with the builder is essential.
