The Worst Customer Experience Ever!!! -Bought a car Feb. 18, 2020 - Was told new Title and New Plates would be mailed to me - I understand Covid happened, but it is now Sept. 5, 2020 and I once again have Expired temporary tag with no title and no plates -2 Temporary Tags expired and had to drive entire month of June and July on expired Tags, this resulted in 3 tickets for driving with expired tags - The dealership should pay these tickets and maybe they will once we meet in Small Claims Court - Upon receiving my new title and paperwork, I was told take this to the DMV to get your new plate - What happened to me receiving my new plate, they forgot about that - Also, I had to drive from Pittsburgh, PA to New Jersey - 6 hours and then wait in line 10 hours at DMV only to find out the title this Dealer sent me had the wrong information on it, yep that happened -So, I call them again and ask for another temporary tag - Currently, I am back in Pittsburgh and was told that "Don't worry, you will receive a corrected Title and License Plate by Sept. 4th, 2020 - They sent a new temporary tag that expired yesterday and I have no new title, no license plate and once again another expired tag -I reached out over 1 week ago and asked, "Can we please be Proactive and can you please send me another temporary tag so I can use my vehicle, they said yes we are on it. Well, it is Sept 5, 2020 and I have no tags, now they are not answering the texts and yesterday they said we will send it out. I guess I just have to go 1 week again without having my vehicle Absolutely Terrible, the worst experience I've ever had and they pretend they care on the phone with excuses like, oh we're sorry, Alex has a 2nd job and the guy she works with was on vacation. Just excuse after excuse. I even told them, look take back the car, I dont even want it anymore at this point!!! I'm just mad and stuck again with a car I cannot drive legally!!!!

I want to thank Chad & Ali for putting me in a beautiful Cadillac SRX. They have really clean cars & their customer service is exceptional. Their response was unparalleled.
