I went to this shop on a Wednesday morning to get my last name ironed on the back of a t-shirt and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. That was fine with me. Then they called me and said they didn't have the letters for my name and they would order them and my shirt would be ready on Friday. Then Friday came and I didn't hear from them. Now it's Monday and I call to see if my shirt is ready and they say which shirt is it. So I tell them it's a grey t shirt. They reply with oh ok I see it I will get it done now and it should be ready in 2 hours. Finally my shirt was done at 3pm on Monday. 5 days later for a 10 min job. Horrible experience. I recommend that you go somewhere else. They also have bad customer service.
