Whoever I have been in contact with is very rude. This person came off real smart mouth ish. I think its because Im not doing business on their time. They really wanted my phone and I wanted to stick with my offer but the phone needed to be paid off. I upgraded so pretty much they were telling me it was stolen. Or they could hold on to it until I paid it off. Seems real sketch to me. Anyways they were extremely rude to me and I refuse to do business with someone who thinks I stole a phone or anyone who comes at me.

I called Dr. Digital about a complete screen replacement for a Coolpad cell phone. So I drove to meet and what I partially liked that he walked out to meet me being covid friendly and he is located in a nice neighborhood. Because I personally hate walking into some big business with lots of people. I was able to give me a round about prise to fix my phone. So to whomever cares i was completely satisfied with the service.

They really helped me out, not only where they the cheapest I could find in my area but they also had my iPhone 11 screen replaced and put on a new screen protector in less than 3 hours when other places wanted to keep it for a few days. Very appreciative and will be back if I need more assistance!!

After reflecting on the situation on Thanksgiving day, we determined that the potential problems might have happened after a loose connection. We provide 30 day warranty on our work and you are more than welcome to bring the phone back to resolve this issue, plus we will even install a tempered glass screen protector as well! Took a phone in to have the battery changed. On the way home the phone buttons did not work like they did before so I'm guessing it was put back together wrong. After getting home we found out the battery would not charge. I'm out the $55 he charged plus the $450 for a new phone. I'd stay away from this place. Go to someone who knows what they are doing.
