Ian and Steve did a great job fitting me for my morning suit-it was a hit with our guests at our July wedding. From initial measurement to final delivery, their customer service was top notch. The suit fit perfectly, and looked great. We also had the waistcoats made for our page boys and the best boy/man. Two of them live in England, they were fitted by their English counterparts in London. The boys' growth spurts caused more adjustments which led to more adjustments but in the end, they all look great. My bride was very happy (shes British), so she knows a great morning suit when she sees it. I would recommend Cad and the Dandy to anyone who wants to look (and feel) sharp on their special day.

Cad & The Dandy sits in a sweet spot of quality and affordability. My custom suit was created over five visits over three months. It was a personal yet professional experience. They have sharp eyes and search for perfection with every fitting. It's a real diamond in the Midtown rough, and more people should know about them. Make sure to order a cocktail while you're there.

Steve & the team were fantastic from start to finish, in helping me design two outfits for my wedding. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cad & The Dandy for anything bespoke. Black tie, suits and more casual outfits. They really were fantastic.

I started my Cad & the Dandy experience in London on Savile Row in their shop there. Friendly and professional doesn't even begin to describe the staff and the tailors. Our plane into London sat on the tarmac for over 2 hours making us late for everything and C&D bumped me to another appointment with no hassle at all. Great selection of fabrics, great help picking design choices, all of it. Then my first fitting was here in NYC with Steve Knorsch. I had actually lost 15lbs between the initial measuring and the fitting and he took it all in stride and got everything lined up to make sure my suit would look great! For a first fitting, the one with that weird cheap cloth first cutting stuff I can never remember the name of, the look was already there. No pinch in the armpit, could see the shoulders forming, cuffs aligned; I'm looking forward to my second fitting today! Once I have a finished product I will come back with updates and pics, but so far I am expecting more of the same to be honest. They are impressive so far and living up to a great reputation.
