We have utilized RIOS for about 10 years and the customer support has always been one phone call away. Several years ago we completed a major overhaul to our mobile command post and we updated the RIOS server and added several more client positions. Through this upgrade, Aaron, came out and helped with installing the new hardware/software. After this was complete he conducted several hours of hands on training with our staff. RIOS has always been valuable to our operations and in the event of a glitch (which have been very few), we simply called and it was handled very promptly and professionally. I would recommend this software to anyone, especially in the public safety field, since customer service is so important. The operation of the software is very user friendly and a crash course for the end user will get them started on the basic operations. The SyTech team have consistently proven, in the 10 years I've dealt with them, they KNOW the needed new technology to complete missions. Whatever team I'm working for, I've usually ended up at SyTech to devise a solution for our customer--in the end EVERYONE involved has been happy!
