well had the shots in my head and took the pills and the Rogaine. but nothing.... then they stopped the pills with no warning and still charged me.. I called 3 times and no answer or response... I actually think all they want is for you to get a transplant...waste of time and the shots hurt

I made a consultation appointment. I received email that appointment was confirmed. When I got to Oakbrook office.They had no clue about my appointment. The receptionist left me standing there to try to find out what happened. I was told I I wait till later time II asked to speak to someone in charge.After standing around once again.I was told this a doctors office /We run behind..O my fault.Was offered same deal.(Wait.) Decided to leave.As I walked down hall.The receptionist laughed at a comment someone made about what they should of gave me to wait.Very unprofessional /Very uncomfortable. Would not want to ever feel like that again.

Every process was well done. The staff and Dr. were very professional and they had me out of there as quick as they could. Highly recommend the Plano office.

I just had 2000 grafts done and the Dr and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Now it is just time to wait and see the final product in a year. If you are thinking about getting the procedure done, stop waiting and do it. Update: 10 months later and I could not be happier with the result. Dr Farhan has been there every step of the way. My only regret is that I didnt get more done. 100% satisfied customer.

Failed restoration procedure. Was asked to pay an additional $1000 to 'make it right'. Shouldn't it have been right to begin with?
