Very poor customer service and policies offered by Bodega. Before purchasing anything be sure to read all the negative reviews carefully. This was my first and last time purchasing anything from this sorry company. My purchase wasn't super pricey but I will do anything out of my way to stop a person from becoming a customer at Bodega!

Horrible Online Customer Service. Purchase a gift certificate for my nephew - a week later I get an email saying they refunded the poruchase because their watchdog software flagged my order. Now I have to go through the trouble of giving another gift. Why does it take me emailing about this to get a response. Shouldn't a retailer check a sale at time of purchase or at the latest the next business day. Then to make matter worse when I inquired about this i was merely told I'm banned as a user. Not sure what kind of customers Bodega is used to dealing with but not a good way to handle customer service. Maybe next time call a customer to work things out... quite a shame as this is a cool shop with a nicely curated selection.... but after that treatment will take my money elsewhere and hope who ever reads this does the same because service and being nice to customers matters.
Order placed on the 21st and Fulfilled and shipped by the 24th. That is very fast as our normally timeframe is 1-10 days fulfillment and 2-3 delivery. Product page you bought the item off of had red text that read this was final sale.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Horrible customer and shipping service. I purchased shoes online for my brothers birthday and they arrived super late and now I have no use for them but they do not want to accept responsibility for shipping out the shoes late and don't want to accept the return either. I was on chat with a customer service rep and it takes at least 40-45 mins for them to reply. UPDATE: take a look at how these people respond. There's no way your business is going to last, if you treat your customers like this. Just so you know I paid for 2-3 business day shipping but the item still arrived late.
