Great parts, if you can deal with their terrible customer support and horribly slow shipping times. If they actually shipped parts in a timely manner and didn't overcharge for shipping I would have spent much more money with them on my Mazdaspeed 3. It's guaranteed that you'll be waiting 9-14 days for parts to show up even though the cheapest shipping will run you at least 30 dollars, while the free shipping from Edge autosport has never taken more than 4 days to show up. They also only tell you if they part you ordered is out of stock AFTER you place the order, I've ordered multiple parts just to have to cancel because they won't have it in stock for 6-8 weeks (something that definitely should be displayed on the website before ordering). All the parts they have are great though, which is what really makes it a shame.
What you're missing is that the exhaust was installed and run on a car before being returned. We know Racing Beat and if you returned a used exhaust to them they would be the same way.

Will never do business with again. I received a return authorization number, shipped item back for the return, and they refuse to issue back refund. They now have both my money and the item I originally purchased. I recommend purchasing from Racing Beats instead - I made the exact same purchase and return and no such issue from them. Edit - Reply to Owners response: Added photos of return experience with Racing Beats. Speculate what you will but fact is they issued me a credit on the spot without even opening the box or checking the exhaust. Now thats what I call Satisfaction Guaranteed. Cant say the same for Corksport.
1st purchase-Intake (SRI)---didnt have in stock, nor had the color I wanted, and about a 2 week delay---not too bad, but hey, I paid full price, I expect exactly what I want 2nd purchase (and last ever) --exhaust--ordered Mid July, got a call saying on Backorder, no big deal... But then I got call saying it will ship out Aug 21st, then another call, Aug 28th... Then another call, Sept 5th, then to the 12th, (today is sept 18th) and I was told it changed to sept 19th...this is not even a joke and I wish it was... all production errors they claim, and also I asked for a Call back to see what they could do about shipping, lets just say I havent got that call yet....
