Bought my dream car from them I had a great experience and was in and out in an hour or so. They are are very friendly and stand by what they say. I have had multiple issues and have been without a car twice do to it, but I took it to Infiniti to get fixed I kind of figured buying a used car you will have an issue but never expected it to happen so fast.

Found a great car here and was never pressured about anything. In fact, the used car I bought needed tires soon but they offered to put tires on at no additional charge to us! Brad in financing worked his magic and got us a great rate on a loan.

We try very hard and go above and beyond to provide the best service possible and most pleasant car buying experience for our customers on Fulton Avenue which is one reason we have been a successful business on this street for over two decades. You wrote nice guys at first. We normally stay nice guys to the end. That is our goal. Paper work errors are not a common practice at our establishment. But we regret to say that we are all humans and any human can make mistakes. So paperwork errors do occur once in a great while. In many occasions they simply don't happen here at Mirage, they happen somewhere along the line which we may not have any control over it. We never ever charge customers for the smog fee. That must have been a miss understanding. We regret that you had a less than pleasant experience with us. We apologize. We are here to serve our customers. So please if you ever need another vehicle give us the chance to serve you and we will make sure all goes smoothly. Additionally, we do everything within the guidelines of the DMV. Nice guys - at first. Then surprise, they call you a few times to resign paperwork and try to rework the deal a week later. Then come back and re-smog it a month later. Then try to make me pay for that. I have been waiting on my plates for 3 months, turns out they have them - they want more money to give them to me because they did not smog it properly and the DMV charged them more fees due to the paperwork errors. Now they wish to pass that onto me. Filing a complaint with the DMV investigations department as well.
