very incompetent and dishonest service department. A very wrong misdiagnosis. Told me I needed a new transmission. Quoted me a very outrageous amount. Decided to get a second opinion. Took it to a transmission specialist. They questioned why the cat was even there; told me the transmission seems normal and nothing wrong. I then had the car taken to a different mechanic (the new car dealership I bought the cat from). They tell me I have a bad wheel bearing and bent control arms. Strange. How do we go from that to that? Dishonesty and incompetence.
