Sent the files on the 9th and was told I would get a template on the 11th, I finally got a response on the 21st. After I sent the file they requested, theyre unable to work with the file 2 weeks later. I prepaid for this service, and they never informed me about the delay. I did follow up twice as well. Not one apology or update.
