I've been using the Mooncup menstrual cup for around 8 years now and it's such a godsend. It takes a couple of cycles to get used to but it feels so much healthier than tampons, it's cheaper (one purchase!) and obviously helps me do my bit for the environment too. If you're dithering I'd say definitely give it a shot, and a decent one, it's worth persevering! :)

This is an amazing product! Not only is it great for the environment, I find it more convenient and comfortable than traditional alternatives. Also i can run 10 miles with it and do workouts and have no issues with discomfort or leaking! It takes a few days to adjust to it vs tampons as it is a bit tricker to insert and remove but once you get the hang of it it's really easy.
