I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They have horrible communication. Terrible maintenance that barely shows up & doesnt fix anything. They have hidden fees in the lease. Its almost impossible to get a call returned or get them to answer the phone. Many more problems. Just a all around bad place to rent from
Ethan was not a good tenant. There were multiple occassions he was rude and beligerent to the PMI staff. There is also no truth he went without ac for 11 days. A crane was necessary to install his new ac and there were none available for a few days. This was communicated to him and a cancellation occurred and we were able to get the ac installed sooner then expected. PMI Midwest will not rent to Ethan again and would not recommend renting to him.

They have finessed every way possible to get more and more money out of you. Their verbiage in their letters is unprofessional and lacks any sort of desire to keep you as a tenant. Youd think after having a good tenant ( one that pays on time every single month) you would want to try to keep them. They just want every last penny out of you. Ive been without AC for 11+ days!!! (In the midst of unseasonably warm temps) My apt has been 85-91 degrees for 11+ days and counting. Open a window is their suggestion. DONT DO IT. I swear its not worth it. Ive used 2 different PMIs Find somewhere else.
PMI did a good job in addressing my concern regarding my light and ceiling fan issue. The fixture wasnt working upon received, they replace it with a new one which I am very happy about. Not only it looks good and blends into the room but most importantly it works.

PMI staff responds quickly to all my questions and concerns. Ive lived in rentals managed by other companies and their customer service doesnt begin to compare to PMI.
As this individual did not leave a reason for their review, we can only assume it relates to their security deposit. Bradley did not receive his security deposit as he left the unit in per condition. We abided by all of Indiana statutes to this matter and provided him a list of damages along with pictures. Bradley has 30 days to dispute this, which we will discuss with him on the validity of his dispute. Bradley did not do this. In addition, Bradley has the ability, should we not be cooperative to go after us thru legal channels. As Bradly has not done any of these, we can only assume this is another case on an individual abusing google reviews as a retaliatory method because they did not get their security deposit back. Very unfortunate.

1 star. ~~Edit: First time in hearing of this is via a google review reply? Cause neither myself NOR my roommate received anything about the security deposit, unless you sent it to the address I just moved out of. So, please email me it me, cause I cant reply if you guys dont send it. The reason I left a one star review is how rude and unprofessional you guys were. Once Triangle Prop. left and PMI took over Briggs Flats, the building was constantly dirty, the fire alarm was alway going off, packages got stole often, and maintenance never came out when needed. The icing on the cake was you guys pricing out everyone by raising rent at least $300. Very unfortunate.
