Customer service for sales dept needs improved. Car was not detailed during purchase as promised and damage was incurred while being prepped. Management contacted us post-sale to help with issues that could have been avoided.

Terrible customer service at cashiers station horrible attitudes for a BMW dealership I'm disappointed Jorge service tech extremely rude and unhelpful I had to ask another service tech Alfonso whom was very helpful saw I was waiting to be service and took me right over closeout my services so that I could get my car from the service department and get back to work

Was interested in 2 vehicles. Was only allowed to test drive 1 because the other was "too powerful" and for "serious buyers". So I was allowed to drive the i4 M50 which is also an extremely powerful car but not the gas alternative...I am a serious buyer and I told the dealership it's one or the other and I need to get a feel for both. Would you buy a car without getting to test out out? Because I wasn't able to test drive the 2nd vehicle I went with the one I was able to test drive. I ordered the exact same vehicle I drove but through a different dealership since this dealer obviously didn't want my business.
