Lauren is a wonderful stylist, but after trying to get an appointment changed for over a week.... leaving multiple messages without a callback, I am done with the salon. No customer service. If I could deal directly with Lauren, I would love her! The salon is the problem.

I have been looking everywhere for a great stylist and I finally found one at William Henry! I have a tight work schedule but the salon was able to get me in for a 2 pm appointment today, last minute. Kristin is awesome!!!! She went above and beyond my expectations. I showed her a picture and she made it happen. I have another appointment in 10 weeks, and looking forward to it! Thanks for making my hair look fabulous!

They made a mistake in the booking and double booked and then had to cancel my appointment. Then when I was getting my hair styled, after the cut, another girl came and did it and took so long that I became angry in the chair. She proceeded to get the brush tangled in my hair and could not figure out how to clip up parts of my hair. All she did was blow dry and straighten my hair but it took her over an hour and a half to do this. My hair had to be touched up afterwards by the person who cut my hair. I originally went to have my hair styled so I was disappointed that it took so long for such a simple style. Ended up taking well over two hours for a wash, trim, dry and straighten. The finished product looked good but not worth the wait and money.
