We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the durability on our garden flags. They are made using a sublimation process which when exposed to direct sunlight can cause the ink to fade. Our customer service manger will be reaching out to you to see if there is anything we can do for you

An order was placed in Dec 17. Was assured arrival on the 26th . Paid for expired shipping. Spoke to company many times and got the run around then they said it will not be ready till after the new year. They did refund my shipping. But 3 days now it say shipped but they still have it and says over a week to ship it. will be over a month and still no package. UPDATE after posting this review the owner contacted me found out there manufacturing company was lying about my order. Gave a fake information for my order my order refund? Not yet

In total I've ordered 3 different products (with the same design) from them. Two of the three were exactly what we wanted. The third was a lamp shade that ended up being too small to find an actual lamp to fit and YouCustomizeIt was AMAZING and allowed me to return it super easily (not bad for a FULLY customized product!!). Additionally, the amount of customizable options let us buy the EXACT products we were looking for. Be sure to play around the design tool...you can even change the density of the desired background pattern...TRULY customizable. And good quality products!!!

Very displeased. Made an order for the holidays was quoted a delivery time that was not met, not only was the time not met but I didn't even get the order before the holidays. Had to rush out and get extra gifts spend more money that I didn't plan on. I still have not received my order. Reached out to customer service requesting a refund because of the issue I've had. Was advised that when the package gets to me to return it, once they get the package back they will then refund my money. Absolutely nothing to help in regards to the trouble I have gone through. I WILL NEVER USE OR REFER THIS SITE AGAIN! I FEEL THEY ARE VERY CARELESS!
