*** Mr Lancaster I have attempted to reply to you for almost 2 months. Again after researching I can find no record of having done work for you or even having received correspondence. I have contacted Google about removing your review. (Original first owner reply) I am very sorry you had a negative experience. Could you please tell me more about it so I can look into it further? (Second owner reply) I am sorry you feel you have had a bad experience with us, but I have waited 2 weeks and searched and we have no log of you having placed an order, or that you have even come in or called us. I am sorry you are upset. There was no need to look over the design because we do not offer that service. Quoting you were just told we "have other jobs to attend to" makes it appear we were too busy to acknowledge you. We even suggested you try other screen printing places and recommended STAMP in downtown Auburn. If you ever need any services we actually provide just shoot us an email at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to work with you. I went there hoping to JUST burn a design on a screen (not print), and without looking over the design, the guy said "they have other jobs to attend to". I understand if they have a busy schedule, but it wouldn't hurt to do some project which would only take 1 hour max. Well, the very first question I asked when I entered your place was, if you guys make the screen if I provide you the design, the answer was yes. Thats why I proceeded for more details. Otherwise I wouldve left right away if I was told no. And yes, you did recommend other place, but that doesnt justify in you saying that you have other jobs to attend to.
