I hired them as consultants to determine the best mesh WiFi system for my 3500 sq ft home, as my current system is very erratic. They sent a guy out to measure WiFi speeds in different parts of the house. He told me he would get the data back to their office, and that I would get a call the next day with recommendations for a mesh router that would best meet my needs. They called the same day to collect the $120 fee for coming out. I called the next day, but they had done nothing. Two days later I got a note saying Id get their recommendation by the end of the day. Nothing. Finally today I received an email with a recommendation for a net gear orbi system, but with a price quote higher than Amazon. They were clueless. They even knew nothing of the wire cutter.com tech site with reviews and refs. They got their $120, but delivered only lame service.

Had to drop off my Mac computer due to a cracked screen. Easily fixed it, yet another problem arose from when I had dropped it in the first place. They easily fixed that on a day off! They are closed on Saturday and I leave for school that Monday. A kind women came in to fix it on her day off. Took good care, and good quality. Also great communication
