My wife booked this business for our little ones cake. First she kept getting us confused on other orders. Messaging regarding other orders. Second she confirmed on meet up time to pick up the cake, to then the lady changed our meet up time while in route on the confirmed time. Im honestly not sure on this place has 5 start rating. Id probably would have gotten better service ordering a cake a Walmart.

So sorry mam you were unsatisfied with your order however we gave you what you requested as well as we repeated the order back to you in which you confirmed it was correct. You ordered a sheet cake half wedding cake flavor(vanilla almond) and half white chocolate cake not chocolate with a white chocolate buttercream. We also sent you a picture of the sheet cake before delivering it in which you sent us a reply "beautiful thank you". Also we would never give a client a cookie icing such as royal as we don'teven keep that in our inventory. However again sorry you weren't satisfied with what you ordered! Have a great day!

Ordered a wedding cake/vanilla-almond & chocolate sheet cake...Didn't care which was on top or bottom., which I specifically said on the day it was ordered. It was to be a white chocolate butter cream icing. And it was specifically stated, no fondant. I also requested that the cake have a 60 on it, as it was a 60th birthday. Paid $125.00 for a very unsatisfactory cake. There was no chocolate layer, both layers were white. It was decorated with fondant, no 60 anywhere on the cake, and it was an overly sweet, hard icing (more like a royal icing, than the creamier buttercream). The decorating was something any novice could do. I would have been better off ordering from Costco. My recommendation, go somewhere else for your cake.

The cake was wonderful! It was moist (white chocolate flavor) and I can tell is was homemade. Everyone at the party enjoyed it.

When I asked for cupcakes, I wanted two things: delicious and pretty! You really delivered! My guests couldnt stop eating them! I usually have left overs, but not today. Im kind of mad about that, because I wish I had one now! Thank you for helping to make our event so special.

Ms Sandra, We are saddened to hear that your experience wasnt to your expectation and do apologize. We did our best to wait on, your arrival to assure your satisfaction. However, due to other client deliveries scheduled in advance we had to leave your order with your party host to refrigerate until your arrival. We did our best to accommodate your extremely last minute order. And even threw in free delivery to help with the cost of your order as you questioned the quoted price. When you decided to proceed forward with your order...the custom flavored cake was made fresh along with our homemade buttercream. As filling wouldnt hold up as a frosting on your cake or any cakes we make. In addition the donuts were made fresh by us 2 hours prior to your event as that isn't something we keep around. On our invoices it does state to contact us immediately if any issues arise. We never heard from you and could have possibly came up with a remedy to your satisfaction that day. This was the most basic cake I have ever ordered to be called a custom cake. The cake was not the tastiest either, there was icing used for the filling not even buttercream. The top chocolate drip decoration was so hard and difficult to put the candles through, it felt like a rock to try and break through it. The donuts used to decorate the top of the cake looked as if they were 5 days old. I paid $141 for a cake that looked like I made it not a custom ordered cake. The cakes at eatZis are delicious and beautiful for a fraction of the price, which I wish I would have ordered for my party. Hence I dont mind paying for a beautiful piece of art, however this was not our experience.
