Not all natural hair is created equal if I come in for a silk press why you are using a flat iron instead of a hot comb. I have never seen that much of my hair on the floor. On top of that it only last two days. I was disappointed and went back to my old hair stylist. Carla in downtown Dallas. My hair is now half way down my back thanks to her.

My first time going. Great atmosphere and customer service. It was nice and clean, very organized, it smelled good.The ladies were very nice and professional. Lastly, I loved loved my hairstyle!!! I will most definitely be going back.

I visited pre-COVID for a consultation and finally felt ok about booking an appointment for a big chop and color. The earliest appt was 5 weeks out. I ended up cancelling after finding another salon that could get me in within 1.5 weeks. It might be time to either say you're not accepting new clients or hire more staff when it takes over a month for a newbie to get in. Just a thought...
