Hi Elizabeth, we apologize that your print didn't come out as you intended. However we looked at the file you uploaded and it includes a white border. During the ordering process, an on-screen preview shows exactly how the print will look, in your case with the white border that was in your artwork. We simply print the files that we receive without modifying anything or making assumptions about cropping.

Very poor customer service. I had an issue with the border. Many print companies give the option of borderless printing which is an extra charge which I understand but the option wasn't given. When I got the poster the border caused the picture to be smaller which would not fit in the frame. I reached out and I asked for a discount since I didn't realize the border would make it smaller. Ninja said no. In the past I have ordered posters and the owner will work with me by sending another poster or giving me a credit. I order a lot of posters and have never encountered this. The goal is repeat business and obviously this company doesn't want mine. I will never use Poster Ninja again.

I ordered some prints that came out completely discolored, I have no clue how someone could've seen the files I sent and still packaged and sold to me what printed out. Other than that the prints were finished very quickly on nice quality paper
I can't state how pleased I am with every aspect of my order process and with the products. Their site is easy to use and upload designs, they printed these faster than I could have expected, and packed them so well the ding in the envelope (USPS fault) didnt harm the contents. Thank you so much. I have a show coming up and have been stressing about getting things printed well and affordably - youve managed to provide me with both affordable and great quality prints - truly.
This order was shipped via UPS SurePost. Both USPS and UPS listed the address as invalid. We discussed this with you over the phone and came up with a solution: We reprinted your order at our cost and our delivery driver called and met with you to hand deliver this order. Please contact us if you would like us to reprint the 13 prints that were not trimmed correctly, we'd be glad to take care of that.

Could not deliver to a student mailing house due to the "zip code being incorrect" even though it was the exact zip code needed and no other delivery service has ever had an issue, colors were overly saturated despite some files being the proper CYMK needed for printing. 13 of 50 small art prints were cut top short.
