Hello I'm sorry we couldn't get your hair ash gray the first time. We were not aware you were unhappy with your progress. The color you requested required the hair to be pale blonde before toning. I give extensive consultations and advised you your hair was corse and black and could take two tries. You mentioned you never colored your hair before so I tried to explain it's not easy for people with thick black textured hair to go almost white in one day. We got you to a nice blonde the first try which is a very good start. I hope this clears any confusion up. If you would like to come in to get it your desired gray feel free to call us.

I'm very sorry you had this experience, we went threw a rough patch in the beginning when we first opened. Scheduling was a little crazy and sporadic. We went threw a few stylists in that time. Doesn't answer phone. Doors were locked when I got here and she didn't answer her phone (6 calls) till twenty minutes past my appointment. No apology & have now been sitting in the waiting room another forty minutes. At this point I don't care how good the cut is, I'd never come back. Update: overused thinning scissors to cover any obvious mistakes and made a racist comment. I'm truly shocked. She has a long way to go before being a professional.

Jessica is amazing, I came to her initially to fix what another salon messed up and was super happy with the results. I just returned to her again last night to dye and freshen up my hair, not only did she make it look exactly like the picture I showed her, my hair still feels amazing after a bleach treatment. My hair is everything to me lol, and I trust her with it completely. Definately recommend seeing her!

Hello Im sorry you were not happy with your cut your first time with Hair2o salon. I make sure I ask people how they style their hair and cut accordingly. I give everyone a mirror to check hair cuts before they leave and offer complimentary line ups between cuts. If you were not satisfied after you left I would have been more then happy to do whatever it took to make it right.
