First time customer. Decided to pick up the products, but I wasnt notified at all that theres a specific pick-up time. Had to call since I was already up front. The person I spoke to got an attitude and quite irritated sounding although I said Im a first time customer and wasnt aware of the pick-up times. The person still insisted that there is a notification on my confirmation, but I was looking at it carefully and theres none. Eventually, the person came out and gave me my order. I showed my confirmation that theres no pick-up time stated on there. The person then tells me that you should have received it and could be in your spam folder. I checked my spam folder and theres none at all. Overall, I should have known about the horrible customer service especially treating a first time customer...

Avoid working here, dysfunctional team atmosphere. Nepotism and favoritism runs high here. Make you work long hours everyday because of short staffing, and the floor supervisor lacks the proper skills to do his job properly is lazy and lacks proper communication skills.

Horrible customer service. I was going to build my brand based on their blanks but after 2 orders I changed my mind because of their poor customer service. They have some discounted items but you can't order them itself, their website won't let you to check out. I called a few times but their representative wasn't able to help me. I was waiting for the call back and was promised I would able to order today but it never happened. Sent 5 emails and zero replies. I had to add another full price item to my order to be able to check out. It took me a whole day to figure out what was going on. I would beware in the future. So sad, because their quality is amazing.
