These people aren't great at what they do. Especially Ms. Goodwin. All they basically do is start a Facebook page that looks like a high school kid did, go and post positive reviews on sites that you and no one you know have ever heard of (which doesn't increase business but takes enough time so they can bill you for it). On top of that if you disagree with their methods they simply debate the issue explaining that they are they experts and know what they are doing in a pompous manner with no sense of taking input from the customer.
