You get what you pay for! I've been here several times on and off for the past few years. Results are shotty- sometimes they are great and other times terrible. The most recent time I went, my eyebrows were butchered. I reached out to them via email (literally right after I left, still in the car) with pictures- no response. I would say it's your best bet to spend the extra few dollars to avoid yet another Edward Scissorhands event.

I come here to get my eyebrows threaded when Im in the area. Usually I never have a problem but this time I guess I went at the wrong time and got someone who could barely understand me. I went in with extremely thick eyebrows that have been growing for months. I thought, ok they can shape these very nicely since they have a lot of hair to work with. Wrong. The lady made me go from luxurious thick eyebrows to straight thin eyebrows. I didnt realize how thin they were until I got back to my car. I wanted to cry! They were so uneven too but I couldnt do anything to them since they would have looked thinner. I am so disappointed. Do not go here especially if they have workers like this! You never know which illiterate person will do your eyebrows! I literally said DONT OVER THREAD!
