As a motorcycle dealer they are good, but their service is bad, if you have money and you want to spend them it's your choice, any simple work they calculate like an hour or more, 90$ per hour + taxes. As for me they are good for something simple like changing oil but nothing more. They are not friendly and helpful and when I tried to get some advices about my motorcycle they didn't want to talk to me. For such price I expected better service. PS. ALWAYS get everything in writing otherwise in case of your questions about work or something else they'll say that they know nothing.

Professional, courteous and won't rip you off. New bike prices unbeatable, service prices along with market prices, but you get better service than most. They schedule you, they explain what will be done, they do the job, and most importantly: deliver. For me they repaired bikes where other places failed. Both sales and service managers are pleasant to work with. I have been a customer for a couple decades and will continue to be one.
