I unfortunately have to write a poor review of this dealership after purchasing a CPO XC90. Sure I understand that rotors aren't covered on the warranty, but 7 months and 7000 mostly freeway miles later I should not have to replace fully warped front rotors. Somehow they decided to put new brake pads on the car prior to me purchasing it, but deemed the rotors functional enough to sell. When I emailed my sales rep asking what the heck happened during the inspection, he passed me to his GM who emailed me refuting any responsibility and wishing me on my merry way. Like I said, I get they aren't covered by the warranty but these rotors should have been replaced with the new brake pads so that they wear evenly. I truly do struggle to comprehend how they went from a "pass" on the inspection to completely non functional so quickly. There's a difference between doing the right thing for your customer and holding to a company policy for a strict bottom line; it's obvious which direction was taken. 2/17/20 UPDATE: - After being contacted by Andy after posting my original review, I was put in touch with Dave Torkelsen. He was incredibly professional and apologized that this situation hadn't been handled properly, while also proposing an ideal solution. While the original situation remains, I am very impressed with the speed in which this was resolved by Dave and the integrity of senior management.
Regret buying from this Dealership. I have bought a certified Volvo S60 from this dealership. I have traveled from Sacramento to get the car. They said all certified cars go through a 170-point inspection, but the car is full of issues. On the day of purchase, I found small issues and the dealership was able to address them right there. The service department was great and both the start are for just the service department. After a week of ownership, I opened the hood and noticed the hood cover has been chewed by rodents. I took it to my local dealership (Sacramento ) and looking like all the wires have been chewed. Now its costing me a lot. I should have looked under the hood, a decision I regret now. Other issues include in my so-called certified pre-owned 1. Missed bolts in the truck (fixed by dealerships) 2. Missing charging cable (later replaced by the dealership ) 3. Ratting noise from the rear view mirror assembly 4. Charging ports wont open/close properly 5. Rodent eating super charger wiring and hood cover (Major) Be careful even if you buy a certified car from this Volvo. Also, dealerships dont respond once you finish purchasing the car.

I have been servicing my Volvo to Royal Automotive Group (SF Volvo) for 6+ years now. Im selecting the car from two different makers. So I wanted to have a drive test and compare cars. I requested the drive test through volvo official web site and picked SF location. Finally I spent 3 days and 7 emails, and was not able to schedule the test drive. Last email from sf volvo center was the red flag, when sales person asked me what I need from him. Really!? The drive test request on which he replied and 7 emails about drive test still didnt give a clue? I contacted another volvo center and scheduled the drive test with them right away.
