As a former employee of Onward Manufacturing I can proudly say that j enjoyed working at this factory. While every factory has its issues, Onward Manufacturing is a good place to work. Even as a temp you can learn a lot of valuable things and pick up different skills such as brake press operations, assembly hand tools and other good things. Wear your best attitude and be positive with good work ethic and this job will take care of you. Thank you again for the opportunity given to me by Onward.
