I have to say I was very surprised on how I was handled at this facility due to I have patronized this establishment before about 2 years ago however different location and stylist however this go round I had been being serviced by Johnathan Stewart over a course of a few months so I was pretty clear on how to book appts online at this point..I had booked an appt online due to the times that were available and never received my confirmation of "accepted" which had never happened before however I did receive an email that it wasn't accepted the day of just about an hour before the time picked..no biggie..the email stated to call in to reschedule due to a schedule conflict and this is where things seemed off and very unprofessional...I called a young man answers and I state that I am calling to reschedule due to the email I received to do so bc my appt had not been accepted..he immediately says you can come in..Im sorry I canceled it in error..but after further speaking to him"Stephen" he stated oh, that wasn't you once he realized I wasn't there for "Derickus" so he proceeds to say oh Johnathon does your hair..let me let you speak with him..only to return to the phone and continue to ask me questions that I had already answered and I was only doing what the email stated I needed to do nonetheless,after a series of back n forth holding on he then says Johnathan has a client and he will take my number to call me back and to go ahead and go back online to book the appt so he can accept it only to see that there were now no appts available till later in the next week"ironic"..no call as of going on a week and I'm OK with that..what I'm not ok with is the lack of concern to followup which was what the email requested that I do...I have no problem taking my business to a business that appreciates my business as opposed to a business that's to busy to take care of their own clients!

Hera By Him is and has been one of the worst salons in Charlotte for years. They cater to their friends and family while treating walk ins like unwanted strangers. The prices are ridiculously high while the quality of work is horrible. Having a scheduled appointment is never honored. They are stuck up unprofessional and unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and find a salon with people who value your time and money.

Pleasant and classy Salon. Everyone is nice and professional. Buttttttt of them all Ms. Renea is my favorite. Reasonable pricing, great work and always on time. It took me a long time to find a good salon in Charlotte. I'm so glad I found one. I'd recommend anyone to Renea.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!!! I am styled by Mr. Derickus Crawford himself!! His artistry is beyond words!! My look has been completely polished, updated and beautified! Extremely professional black owned establishment. Mr. Crawford's assistants are AMAZING! Timely, prompt, professional, knowledgeable and talented beyond words! Steve is a creative mastermind and Sonya is absolutely amazing and beautiful inside and out! Very knowledgeable about all things beauty and healthy hair is the goal!! Both Steve and Sonya provide a shampoo that will make you want to live at the shampoo bowl! Marcus at the front desk is the coolest guy you will ever meet! He is so positive and friendly he makes you feel like childhood friends! The salon atmosphere is relaxing, beautiful and very clean with covid precautionary cleaning taking place between each and every client. All clients and staff are masked the entire visit! This is the spot where magazined hair elegantance meets with real life !! You will love it here and your hair will thank you! A dedicated, driven and trend setting team is here for you!

Worst experience ever I booked with Johnathan Stewart.Got there his assistant ask me to come back to get washed. I informed her I booked for a perm and cut. She told me wait in lobby, and Johnathan was on the way. Why he was there to begin with puzzled me. You have clients waiting. Long story short after 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting he still wasn't there. This experience was so unprofessional!!!!! No customer service at all!! No respect for others time! Don't waste your time find someone who values you as a customer!
