This contractor, PATRICK MARTIN, MARWOOD CONSTRUCTION is a scam and not worth even one star. Martin unethically scammed and received funds without purchasing materials and without providing services. Additionally the services he provided had to be corrected and redone after he was fired. Took our funds and used for his personal use. Stay away from this scammer. Weve retained an attorney and have filed a lawsuit against Marwood Construction and Martin personally. Currently in litigation. Totally unethical!

We were happy with the work done at our place, as Patrick was available to assist us with our particular requests, and the Marwood Construction team finished the job on schedule and within our budget. He was incredibly courteous, communicative, professional, great, always on time, diligent in his daily work and respectful of our house. We genuinely enjoyed the process with the Marwood Construction team because everything was clearly stated and then carried out according to their word.

I went with Marwood Construction on my kitchen remodel. I had some special requests and Patrick was there to help me. He was very professional, communicative and friendly. He and his team were wonderful, always on time, worked hard every day and were very respectful to my home. The project was complete on time and within my budget. Everything went smooth and my kitchen turned out great. I highly recommend Marwood Construction, they provide excellent quality at very reasonable costs!

I just got off the phone with Patrick, I can honestly say that at the end of the hour conversation I was left feeling extremely thankful for the honesty, information and guidance! It was an awesome experience and it is rare that you find someone who knows early on in the conversation that you are better off going another direction with your project and then still spending an hour with you to walk you through how to do this so you don't get screwed! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, knowing and learning everything about my home even though he wasn't here in person. Thank you Patrick for helping my wife and I through our learning curve!
