I called to ask details about their film scanning equipment and they would not tell me. As a professional photographer the scanning process is a critical part of making an image, and knowing what equipment is being used is essential when working with important clients. There are multiple kinds of scanners that can determine the end result of your work and I would not recommend this gate keeping lab to anyone who cares about their work and how their film is being handled.
Went in to ask about having some prints made of my wife's paintings. The women I spoke with was extremely rude and would not help me at all. Useless!!!
