I called the shop and asked a question about payment methods btw I was gonna use this barber shop for a back up my original barber takes cash app so thats what Im used to so I get on the phone with Clarence and asked did they take transactions electronically his response was NO WE GOOD TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALLING LIST which sounded disrespectful and it wasnt needed at all it was a simple question and they say hes professional yeah right.

My overall experience with the barber who cut my children's hair is great. I think this is one of the beet family atmospheres Ive experienced at a barber shop. Everyone is professional in mannerism. The shop is beautiful and meticulously clean. My complaint is from my most recent visit. I scheduled two appointment for 9:00 AM and 9:40. I drive to this shop from Matthews. Upon arrival for my appointment I see the barbers all standing outside. Apparently, only one person can disarm the shop security. He wasn't there nor was he available. I waited with my sons and the barbers for 40 minutes before heading back home. Had that been the "employee no call no show" that would have been grounds for dismissal. It's not a good look. I need you to do better. A quick text message would have been a gesture of effort. My son's picture day is Thursday and now his hair won't be cut. It's not enough to look professional you must embody professionalism. That's next level thinking! I'll come back because my barber booth rents here, but I'm not sure how many people are as loyal as me. I really want to see this shop succeed and embody the Kingdom culture.
