used their service for a while and they have failed time and time again to manage drivers and dispatch them properly to a job . To get a good service will depend on how committed the contracted driver to his job. to manage the area effectively. For the last 8 months now we have ended up paging their driver direct to their mobile for collection as their system failed to do so to keep our customer happy which some time are affected from those delays this system is causing. And don't start me what happens when they lose a package... Their customer service when we raise issue they keep promising they will get back within a day for feedback without any response. Someone internally needs to have a good look at their customer service and who is managing their dispatch drivers daily and put some KPI;s gains their performance which affecting our business.
The single worst courier company ever to exist. Have been waiting to receive a package from Sydney for more than 3 weeks now. The attempted delivery first time, did not leave a card or anything to advise this had happened and returned the package to the sender. Was sent out again a second time, delivery driver was too lazy to bother even ringing the doorbell, and just lest an attempted delivery card in the letter box. Seriously the most pathetic service, from the most pathetic company, and of course the post pathetic drivers! To top it off the attempted delivery card talks about how you can go online to arrange re-delivery, but when you visit the URL on the card there no information about this and no options to do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AUSPOST IS CHEAPER AND MORE RELIABLE ALL DAY LONG! Pathetic service in every aspect.

I think Google should introduce 0 stars to rate such companies. Dropping the note at the mail box without trying to contact is highly unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. That also for the third time. Not recommending this courier service for anyone.
