Worst experience ever went for a Hollywood wax and dont know where to start the woman a thought had no clue to what she was doing never done it right was still left with loads of unwanted hair plus ended up with a red rash looked liked a shavers rash wouldnt recommend anyone to go for the Hollywood or any intimate waxing... Definitely would not go back. Think the woman needs to go back to do more training would recommend people to ask for their qualifications on their waxing techniques especially for the intimate waxing...

The staff are really rude here, asking the customer a question and then when i replied they spoke to each other in their own language and laughed? Ridiculous behaviour from grown women. Also the acrylic removal was way over priced, took almost an hour and she didnt even take it all off. Extremely uncomfortable experience. Dont go here.

Booked for polish removal and redo..but nails were too soft so didn't have gel colour applied but still got charged for it! 100% wont be back!
