Called for info one morning, was supposed to get pics of products within 10-15 min following the call. Never received pics. Followed up later that evening, no response. No apology or explanation. Sought out service elsewhere. Very poor communication.

Wow! Absolutely beautiful!! My daughter wanted a few sweatshirts embroidered for her friends for Christmas presents with only a week to get them done and we could not be more pleased with the end product! Thank you very much! We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!
