We apologize for your inconvenience, however, we do not decide where a tent goes but rather, our customer does. Our client chose where she would like the tent. She is a permanent resident of the condominium where the tent was placed and had reserved that area with the proper authorities. Per the guidelines, it is not required to wear a face covering when over 6 feet away from any person while outside. We met this requirement. As for the noise, we are sorry it bothered you, however, staking a tent is necessary for our client and her guests' safety. We are a small rental business hit hard by COVID. You saw half of our employees. Event companies are struggling. We are trying very hard to keep our employees employed and help our clients still celebrate lifes joys and celebrations while maintaining social distancing. If you have any more concerns about our small business or any other small business we would all appreciate you coming to us directly rather than slandering us on Google and social media.

Do not use this company they are not practicing safety during Covid !!!!!!! This company showed up on lido beach public beach off the side of Lido beach resort side today with a crew of 3 to set up a tent, we had been there for at least 2 hours with chairs and umbrellas- they deliberately set a tent on top of our family space literally on top of us with poles chairs etc - there was plenty other open spaces on the beach but they said they were directed to set up in that spot which is over encroaching our family space - they hammered away on top of our chairs and our umbrella which we ended having to move - they were not wearing any masks even due to the mandate and they were not 6 ft away from our family at all when I complained to the crew they said the lady who order it - who was no where to found ordered It and directed them to place this tent in this location- very unprofessional and completely inappropriate considering the times with Covid 19 right now - it would of been courtesy for them to tell us to move up a little or let us know they would be building on top of us - if anyone one of us get Covid we will be calling your company so you can SHUT DOWN - cause your employees were breathing sweating all over us not wearing masks!!!....

They came to the rescue within a week with 100 silver and white chairs and draping for the room - it completely transformed the room and it looked amazing!

There is nothing wrong with the AC. We are environmentally conscious. We keep the building at 78 degrees during the day and turn it up at night to 85. We work there 8 to 10 hours a day and we're comfortable. I keep my person house at 78 degrees.

That is one HOT building!!!! I went there a couple months ago to place my order and they said they were working on the A/C and then I go to make my order and its even hotter than before! even the woman that was helping me was red and dripping sweat. Turn on the A/C!!!
