This is a great business! Their prices for custom printed fabrics are very competitive and the finished quality is really good! The total time was only 7 calendar days including delivery time, which was amazing! Their basic combed cotton has very nice color reproduction and sharpness for complex images (even with text). I ordered custom images for home-built acoustic panels and the finished prints are very impressive. They have great customer service as well. One of the prints had a blotch defect and after sending them an email with a picture, they agreed to reprint it and ship it out at no additional cost. I will surely be ordering again.

Update: I was able to send the fabric cuts back so they could take a closer look at the fabric. There was no admittance of selling fabric that was not what i ordered. However, they did correct the problem once they received the fabric back.They gave me a refund. It would be nice if they are able to send out a sample of our orders, that way we can get a closer look at the fabric and design and would probably order more fabric once we got a good look at it. I would buy again from them because they acknowledged my disappointment by providing a refund and they were respectfully professional. Very sad quality of service. I ordered 2 yards of fabric with white letters on black fabric to make simple face masks. Each yard cost over $15 a yard. The fabric arrived after 2 weeks and the colors were very dull. Instead of black the fabric looked charcoal gray, instead of white letters the letter appeared to look faded white. The white letters also looked dingy, like washing white colors with black fabrics. I emailed the customer service rep and she said she didnt identify any issues, even after seeing the image of the fabric. I was never asked to send a sample piece of fabric to see the flaws. Also, the fabric is not printed on location but in another country. I learned a vital lesson, ask if the fabric is actually printed on site, this may contribute to quicker distribution and a refund. As of now, I have not received any compensation( refund) or do over. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service but most importantly the fabric was not what was expected.
