Hi Doug - We are sorry to hear about your experience. It looks like the seal was replaced in early February along with a full service. The second time you brought it to us was at the end of February and the plug wire failed. We warranty all of our work and will happily revisit the seal if it has failed post our install at no additional charge of course. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Avoid these people at all costs, we go to PHX. We have tried to work with these people several times and each time is worse. I have 5 Polaris rangers and their sales force is worse than a used car lot, they start 30% high and want you to spend days negotiating. Their service has never successfully fixed one of our machines. I have one now they replaced a seal and were supposed to get the engine running properly. The seal is leaking worse now after two trips and the engine has not improved. We are on our way back to PHX to a competent dealer. We will never be back.

Thank you for your business, Douglas! All dealerships charge a doc fee, but please check your paperwork because yours was only $399, which is the Arizona statewide average for motorcycle dealerships. Hayden really tries, I was offered a great price on a used Suzuki so agreed to buy. Tremendous pressure to buy additional warranty and I later found out that Ride Now charged me $499 for fees on an $8000 sale, very unfair. The finance guy also refused to give me a copy of the paperwork. I had to call Hayden the next day to get the VIN # so I could get insurance for the bike. Had I seen the $499 document fee I would have asked that it be reduced or I would have passed on the deal. Love the little Suzuki and thanks to Hayden for helping me load it up. Just buyer beware and review the contract carefully before signing.

It's been a couple years, but I remember talking to some bulky dude with a long goatee. I paid in advance for them to order and change the oil in my motorcycle because it was my only vehicle. It was important for me to have it done and picked up same day since I couldn't rely on anybody else for my transportation needs. At first I was grateful after the oil change, but after a couple weeks later my motorcycle started having issues. Turns out they didn't put any oil in it... These scum bags will lie and deceive you in order to get more money out of you and even put your life in jeopardy by intentionally sabotaging your motorcycle.
