Year old review but... Used to visit Sports Clips regularly, and now I'll never go back. The staff they hired got younger and younger, and the haircuts became worse and worse. The last time I visited this location it looked like three teenagers were waiting at the front desk and none of them greeted me. I asked, "How long is your wait time?" Then, they literally stared at me for awhile and then started staring off to my right. I asked, "What are you staring at?" *No response.* Then I turned my head to notice they got a brand new display mounted on the wall with online check-in, and an estimated wait time. It was literally brand new because they didn't have it the last time I went. I couldn't believe these three brats didn't even utter a word the entire time I was there. I said, "Forget it," loudly to express my irritation at their terrible attitudes and left. Pro tip: Hire staff that know how to use their mouths for more than just chewing gum.
The white old lady is horrible!!! Dont use her!!! No fade no blend.! My beard is worse! The manager gave me a card for a free haircut but I feel I should be reimbursed and a new haircut! I made my appointment at 1:30 on the app and got to there location at 5:46 and still had to wait 30 more minutes! Didnt cut my hair until 6:15! And then skipped dinner plans all for this! They need to fire that old lady ASAP
