This review is long overdue because I wanted to see how long it was going to take to sell off all of my inventory of sweatshirts and long sleeves. Unfortunately, marking them off at a huge discount (at a lost for me) about a year later, I still have stock. Rick is actually a really nice guy and seemed to listen to the needs of my screen printing project. He was attentive over email and got the project done in a timely manner. The biggest failure of this project was the heat press of the logo and sizing. For some reason, he didnt notice that it was leaving very noticeable stamp marks. Till this day, I still wonder why it didnt occur to him that the stamp marks would be an issue because he went ahead and printed ALL of my sweatshirts and long sleeves with these marks without notifying me. It wasnt until after I picked up my order and sent him pictures that he admitted to not seeing them during printing. He didnt offer any solutions or any courtesy refunds or discounts he just said they would go away on their own. The stamp marks dont go away. Even with repeated washing, they are still visible. Every piece was flawed therefore I needed to sell them below my cost to move inventory where I could. I lost hundreds of dollars because of his mistake or lack of noticing a mistake. I dont recommend Rick, but if you do decide to use his services, stay on top of the job. Ask for pictures and updates to make sure hes doing it right before he continues printing your entire stock.
