This company is not reliable it all, we ordered a canopy 2 weeks ago and give us the run around , we follow all the procedures as far is emailing everything that we need it, checking every other day about our order and guess what ? Day number 10 I personally called and they said we dont have any order from you what a joke , stay away . I strongly believe in giving business to our local businesses but unfortunately you find a way better customer service outside of the area.

ordered a 4 x 4 outdoor sign on 4/12/16 with little or no graphic design involved. marquez said it would be ready by 4/22. (10 days, not horrible, not great). by 4/20 i had not received the proof email so i paid him a visit. he said he would send it right over that morning. it never arrived. if it had then maybe the sign would have been ready by 4/29 but who know with this guy.. does not return calls or emails. initially prior to 4/12/16 it took him about 10 days to even get me the estimate. final insult... it took him about 5 secs to charge my card the 50% upfront deposit however it takes 10-12 business days for the refund to show up. for the record invoice # 4953

I'm a long time customer! I didn't have the best experience with Marquez in the past, but he's long gone now and their customer service is back to being fantastic. Highly recommend for all of your signs, printing, and decal needs. Love my decals!
