Hey Nicole! Sorry to hear about your sunglasses. Typically, we would have no problem replacing the damaged item, but since we had this problem with one other pair of the same style sunglasses, I stopped ordering them for the shop. The girl in the store didn't have the authority to give you a full refund because that isn't our policy, we're a really small business, but I do. Next time you come in, I'll make sure to have a refund waiting for you, even if you don't have the glasses anymore. Thanks!

Great concept and merchandise, and really excited to have a local retailer on Ditmars! I was really dissapointed in my experience though. After buying a pair of sun glasses, two weeks later a screw fell out so I went back to see if they could replace them. The girl behind the counter told me this happened to another client, there is no warrenty on the glasses, and since I didn't have the screw recommended I glue my glasses back together. I hate to write a poor review, and this won't stop me from shopping there, but just want to send some advice to management to work on customer service/client experience!
Great local spot, one person in an older review mentions they were disappointed go somewhere else whats to complain about this place is a breath of fresh air compared to the countless sushi, cafe and trendy bar spots in the area.
This place is a real Astoria jem. Quality products, great prices and owned by a really cool family.
