I am appalled by this company. The sign I bought was supposed to cost $350 and they tried to charge me $380. The extra $30 was for "artwork." The only thing the sign said was "space for rent" and a phone number. I clarified the $350 and wrote it on my proof documentation prior to recieving the invoice for $380 (after the creation of the sign). I emailed Sherri and she took off $20. I arrived to pick up my sign and speak to her about the invoice. She greets me with a death grip of a handshake, almost as if to say, "I'm going to squeeze every penny out of you." She refused to take off the $10 stating, "why shouldn't our artwork designers get paid?" Are you kidding? I asked her, "if I emailed you the exact same thing, would I still have been charged?" She replied, "no." So, if I has typed "space for rent" with the phone number, rather than tell them over the phone, I would not have been charged. I was furious, but paid and left with the sign. Now I get home and find out they didn't drill the holes or provide any hardware. Then I started looking at the sign and the lettering is skewed! They charged me for "artwork" they couldn't even print straight. What a scam. I am livid and will never return to this company. P.S. The same quality signs with free artwork and shipping are much cheaper elsewhere, especially online.

Had some work done here about 3 months ago. Worst place I went to! There prices were way too high and the work was defiantly not the Quality I expected, especially for the price. You are better off going to the flee market in Sanford there is a guy there that does better work for a whole lot less.

ImageWorks has done all of our business cards, office design, windows, event displays, and they even did a rock star wall showing the travel scenes we send people to. They offer competitive pricing, are local, and a really great team to work with.

Best experience you could ask for. I had a tough task of getting some pens made for an event within a couple days and Sherri and her team didn't disappoint. In fact, they went above an beyond to make it happen. 10/10 on communication alone never mind the eagerness to get me what I needed in a timeframe everyone else said couldn't be done. Thanks again they came out great and in time!!

I love Sherri and her team! They have done our trailers, shirts and now our two offices! Pricing is important to me and I wouldn't of gone back so many times if it wasn't good! Hopefully soon we will be getting a van done also!
