First and last time customer. Somehow they are not equipped to identify when there isnt enough inventory on hand to fulfill online orders they accept, charge a card for and sit on for days before finally cancelling said order and then issuing a refund. Looks like a relatively small operation Id think this wouldnt be too hard to manage. Should probably stop charging until theyve identified the item is available to ship. Then again probably works in their favor to sit on a ton of peoples money for merch they dont have. Buyer beware, especially around the holidays.

Off White, Human Made, Heron Preston, Stone Island, Y-3, etc. at retail! Nice to finally have a legit store in the city. Staff here is great and location is great with lots of free parking or reasonably priced parking. On the real, these guys are the home town heroes for street wear in the Bay. Def worth a visit.

terrible shopping experience. order a pair of shoes online and canceled it by no reason. never answer phone call. seems like theres no ANY customer service in this store. worst fashion store in SF.
